Our Role and Scope of Service

Sebe Inc. provides optional, fee-based support for travelers applying for the United Kingdom’s Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). We assist with application review, submission guidance, document clarification, and form processing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the UK government. Travelers may always apply directly at https://www.gov.uk without using our services or paying any service fees.

We are a third-party assistance provider only. We do not grant visas or determine eligibility. Our services are meant to help users reduce mistakes and improve form completeness, particularly for those unfamiliar with the application process.

Who Can Use Our Service

To access and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian

• Be legally entitled to submit your own travel documentation

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information

• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend access or refuse service for any reason, including suspicion of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Authorization to Represent You

By submitting an application through our platform, you authorize Sebe Inc. to act on your behalf for the purpose of preparing, reviewing, and submitting your ETA application to UK authorities. This includes communicating with relevant third parties solely for this purpose and processing your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Turnaround Times and Service Fulfilment

We aim to review and process applications within 1 to 3 business days from submission. Processing time may be impacted by incomplete information, high demand, or third-party system delays. Sebe Inc. does not control or influence UK Home Office decisions. Final approval or rejection of an ETA lies solely with the UK government.

Fees, Payment Terms, and Refunds

Our service fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment and apply only to our support services. The UK government’s ETA fee is charged separately and is included in the total cost submitted on your behalf. You are under no obligation to use our service.

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. A receipt will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase.

If your application has not yet been submitted to UK authorities, you may request a cancellation and full refund. Once submitted, all charges are final. Exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Purchase and Refund Policy.

Sebe Inc. is not responsible for declined transactions, payment gateway issues, or delays caused by third-party providers.

Ownership and Use of Content

All content on this website, including design elements, code, images, and copy, is either owned by or licensed to Sebe Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our site are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

Prohibited Activities

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

To the extent allowed by law, Sebe Inc. disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or reliance on our services.

Our platform and services are offered “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness, legality, or uninterrupted availability of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm us, our partners, or other users. You may discontinue use at any time by ceasing interaction with our website.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
