Sebe Inc. provides optional, paid support for travelers applying for the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). Our service includes human-reviewed document checks, submission support, and ongoing guidance. It is not affiliated with the UK government, and applicants may apply independently at www.gov.uk without using our platform.

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that this is a personalized digital support service. Because processing begins shortly after purchase, standard cancellation rights under consumer protection law may not apply once processing is underway.


What’s Included in the Fee

The total cost includes our support service fee and the UK government’s ETA application fee, which we pay on your behalf. This full amount is disclosed clearly before checkout.

Our fee covers:

Refund Eligibility

Refund Confirmations

You’ll receive an acknowledgment email when we receive your refund request. If submitted during business hours, we’ll confirm the same day; otherwise, we’ll respond the next business day.


Service Timeframes
